What do you serve your family for breakfast?  Whole grain cereals are recommended to be a part of the morning meal. It help us to acquire the fiber our body needs to manage weight and to avoid certain coronary diseases.
Whole grains according to medical experts may lower triglycerides, improve insulin control, help in weight management and slow the build-up of arterial plaque. Cereals eaten in the first meal of the day will provide a whole day energy boost.
Make a habit of serving whole grains for breakfast that may be found in whole wheat bread, cereals, oatmeal or cereal bars.

  1. My mentor told me that also. To eat whole grains in breakfast. Very healthy meal to start your day. Kaso nung binisita ko ung supermarket, ang mahal. In my current financial state, I can’t dedicate a budget for it. Mahal ata maging healthy nowadays. Hehe.
