Flame grilled Steak at Racks

Spread the love
Last week, my husband and I accompanied our eldest son JM for his EENT doctor appointment, and then afterwards we had our lunch out.  We chose to have a bite of an American steak.  Good thing Racks has their branch at SM Fairview which is near us for I do not want to travel far.
Racks Restaurant is famous for their flame grilled baby back ribs whether pork or beef. It has been a while since we had last eaten in their restaurant. We ordered their Southern Favorite Family Platter.  The meal is composed of Classic Pork Ribs, Fried Chicken, rice, two side dishes and a pitcher of soda.

My husband chose the Brocolli cheese, as one of our side dishes.

While JM ordered House Mashed Potato for the other side dish.

Well, JM is a mashed potato monster so he asked for an extra order of House Mash Potato, lol.

I ordered my favorite Blueberry Cheesecake for my dessert, while JM and my husband Noi settled for brood coffee.

And because Yahmir was not with us for he is still in school, we just ordered a Pork Boneless Combo to bring home for him.

While waiting for our food to be serve, I did took some pictures.

As always, we were satisfied with our meal. Racks has maintained their juicy and delectable steak as ever. I rate them 4 out of 5.
