Fried Marinated Pork Chop

Pork Chops (liempo)
Calamansi juice or pineapple juice
Soy sauce
Palm Oil
Marinate Pork Chops in a mixture of calamansi or pineapple juice and soysauce.
Let it stand overnight by putting it in a tightly closed container and place it inside the refrigerator.
Preheat the pan with oil and fry it directly in slow heat/fire.
You can also grill it if you do not want it fried. This is best for packed-lunch baon for school kids.
