Beef Steak or the Pinoy Bistek is Yahmir’s favorite baon in school for his packed-lunch. It is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
Thinly sliced beef sirloin
Calamansi juice
Soysauce
Palm oil
Sliced white onions
Marinate thinly sliced beef sirloin in soy sauce and calamansi juice overnight.
Place it in a tight covered container and place it inside the refrigerator.
Cooking Procedure: Fry the marinated beef sirloin in Palm oil. When all the meat are cooked, put all of it back to the frying pan, pour the marinade mixture then let it simmer for a few minutes, place the onions on top and it is ready to serve.
