Each of us has different styles of cooking Pork Menudo and this is my version.
Pork liempo- medium square cut
Garlic – minced
Liver spread (canned)
Onion sliced or diced
I cook the pork meat (adobo-style) first.
Saute garlic, onion and tomato, then add the tomato sauce.
Put the pork adobo (including its sauce), and liver spread. Stir and add a little water. Bring it to boil, then simmer for another few minutes. Season with salt if still needed.
