Pork Menudo

Each of us has different styles of cooking Pork Menudo and this is my version.
Pork liempo- medium square cut
Soy sauce
Garlic – minced
Tomato sauce
Liver spread (canned)
Tomatoes- diced
Onion sliced or diced
I cook the pork meat (adobo-style) first.
Saute garlic, onion and tomato, then add the tomato sauce. 
Put the pork adobo (including its sauce), and liver spread.  Stir and add a little water.  Bring it to boil, then simmer for another few minutes. Season with salt if still needed.

  1. My kind of menudo. I love liver spread! Sana ganyan nalang din dito samin. I don't eat liver kasi and most of the time, pinupuno nila ng liver yung menudo dito so mas dominant yung lasa.
