Grilled Stuffed Bangus
We grill Bangus fish wrapped in foil to preserve its natural oil and to keep it from being dry. This is one of my sons’ favorite fish meal.
Ingredients:
Fresh Bangus (Milk Fish)
Chopped onions
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped ginger
Dash of ground pepper
Salt
Clean the Bangus fish in running water thoroughly.
Mixed the chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, ground pepper and salt into a bowl.
Stuff the fish with the mixture from the neck and push it to reach the belly.
Wrapped the fish in aluminum foil.
Start grilling for about 30 minutes.
Take off the aluminum foil and grill the fish directly for another 10 minutes or until the fish is completely cooked.
