Superb Lunch at Max’s

After my mom had finished her scheduled check-up on her orthopedic doctor, my husband and I treated her and my dad together with my youngest sister for a good lunch.  The Max’s fried spring chicken being my parents’ all time favorite chicken meal was their choice when I asked them where they want to eat a superb lunch.

We ordered for Beef Cadereta, Fresh Lumpiang Ubod, Sizzling Tofu, Pancit Canton and of course the fried spring chicken.

Among the dishes we ordered, the Sizzling Tofu is what I like best – tofu cubes with chopped onions, glazed with sauce and served on a sizzling plate topped with chili.

My husband settled for his favorite Lumpiang ubod and Sizzling Tofu too, while my dad and Mom devoured on their favorite Pancit Canton, Lumpiang ubod and Spring chicken.  My sister munch on the Beef Caldereta and her Lumpiang ubod.

A hearty lunch which gave us full stomach, so we opt to drink coffee afterwards while we discuss on the second therapy series that my mom needs to undergo again.
